i am really liking how fatsecret is making me look at my food choices differently. I love weight watchers.. but after a year it is nice to look at my lifestyle change in a slightly different way. Love how i can see the range of calories that the same points can have. actually I ate 1 more point yesterday and ate roughly 200 calories less! really making me look at my food choices a little differently.

hahaha! oops. i am such a dork. I had grabbed the cup measure thinking it was the 1/2 cup measure and indulged in 2 cups of pasta rather than 1!!! It was a bit freudian.. as i looked at the plate i knew that it was more than a cup but i dug on in. haha. oh well.. so i ate 29 points rather than 26. That's what weekly points are for, right? ;)so 2 points more than yesterday and 266 calories more. :)
