Going to try an start eatin a little heathier. I have been drowning myself in peanut m&m's and I have probably eatin my weights worth in them. Time to cool it on the sweets and start fresh! All tho tonight I am making cupcakes for my nephews birthday so I have to have one but after that no more!! This morning I had for breakfast a rice cake with cream cheese and fruit plus an oatmeal banana muffin. Hope to stay on track the rest of the day so I can justify myself later, lol. Also, I need to start working out again. It's been a while and I am getting soft:( I need to get off my lazy butt and get on the treadmill. I am also going to restart my bodypump so my sis and her sisinlaw can do it with me. I will weigh myself next week. I had my iud taken out and started and since it has been almost three years since my period this one is not going well and I can tell my bosy is screwed up. Better to wait till next week so I don't go into a major depression over it. Anyways, this week is my starter week and after that I planning on being back in the game.
