What is it that you are trying to do? You weigh 108 pounds and your goal is set for 93 pounds which is a very low weight.

Just cause we eat a “bad” meal 🎂🍪🍕🍔🍟 that does not mean u eat badly for the rest of the day.

You can do it it. We have all been there at one point or another. I know my weakness is chocolate and ice cream. I didnt weigh 185 and get to be 56 inches around ,which is how tall I am too,by not eating junk food. But I haven't had bad cravings in a very long time. Once I stopped eating them after awhile the cravings went away.
