I have survived two bouts of sickness and now the household is healthy again. I have not been tracking my diet at all for the past weeks, although it has been in the back of my mind. That did not keep me from eating too many cinnamon rolls, a big bowl of potato chips, and pepperoni pizza yesterday! That was a sign that I need to start writing things down again so I can keep my eating from getting out of hand.
