Wooops... I had a pretty bad slip last night...snacked at a friends house, then had PB + J sandwich, I just couldn't help it. Normally something like this would send me down a horrible spiral and I would all out binge, but I stopped myself, which I am happy about, but part of me still feels super guilty from straying from the diet. The thing to do now, I guess is just go back to the original diet plan and continue as if it didnt happen, and try not to beat myself up about it...

You're right, now sense in beating yourself up about what you did, it's done and over with. Just get back on track - you're chart is looking really good and don't worry about yesterday.

Don't baeat yourself up, it's not like you did anything horrible. A PB and J sandwich is much better than a bucket of cheese fries or a whole cheesecake. Just move on, today's a new day. You are doing such a great job, you should be super proud of yourself!

No, a sandwich is not bad. Just jump back on track like it didn't happen. You will see it will not make a difference. Be proud that you didn't spiral down into a binge, see the diet makes you stop and think. That's one of the things I really like about it. You are doing great.

You have nothing to beat yourself up over...you ate something that isn't on the list...oh well, it happens, now just get back on track and you will be just great! You are so close to your goal, you can do this!
