I don't actually do an exercise program as such because I just do not have time in my day to set aside for it, instead, I clean my offices after work... believe me 1 hour of polishing desks, hoovering and cleaning windows and I am shattered, not to mention dripping with perspiration! My boss has a laugh because I put on my ipod and I'm away dancing and cleaning at the same time! Oh and the occasional very off key singing!!! hehe!
I also do a little bit of walking 15 minutes 3 times a week at a fairly fast pace (just short of actually running!).
