Wow, when you start eating more after being on the diet...watch out...your body DOES NOT like it. I went on vacation and pretty much didn't care what I ate, and boy did I pay for it. Got really sick. So watch out and be careful! Love you all.

At least you did gain much. But, I agree, if you don't take care of yourself after dieting several unpleasant things happen. I have to be extremely careful or I'll put on pounds right away.

Yep... I don't even like the sounds of junk food or even fast food that we used to eat!! It HURTS! lol
