@bask. Yes this has been something I’m def keeping an eye on. I’m not tracking adequately. Also I tried a different calendar for my macros and got a more realistic caloric number. Kind of where I’ve been keeping them for the most part. I was reading an article about sneaky carbs. I’m an idiot if I think I’ve been keeping them down so far if things like eggs and fairly have trace amounts.
😭😭😭. I know I’ve lost a lot of weight and I checked my numbers. I’ve been consistent with losing about 10 pounds a month. So I need to focus on that. I know it’s slow and steady.
Also I don’t believe I’ve been getting enough fat when I eat my meals again.
