Diario de amandapanda, 13 mar. 08

so i eat way too much of everything, basically. today i had A LOT of rice... cream of wheat.. some bread.
i guess i eat too many carbs. well ill try and make all my meals to be 50% vegetables. for my health mainly... they dont work as fillers, because i dont think i even posses a 'stop' button. im never full, and im always wanting to eat. its a constant game of trying to distract myself from eating.
i dont want to live like this all my life. its exhausing! and im not at the wight i want to be at, so every day is a reminder of how ive failed myself. its a bummer, but thats why im HERE!

You got this, no problem. I would suggest lowering yout intake and spread them out. Do like a breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner.. and keep yourself busy.. I have the exact same problem so today although I wasn't working I left the house and spent 3 hours walking around the park... Just some suggestions. keep us posted!! Good Luck to you!

I second that thought. If you have many smaller meals it isn't so overwhelming on your body and is actually better for you. Just keep in mind to keep them smaller and more frequent (and healthy when possible).
