I can understand your frustration, but remember - if you always do what you always did, you won't lose weight. To lose weight you have to change some habits - you can still eat our, just watch where you go (use your restaurant guide) and watch what you order. I stick to chicken or fish, with salad and dressing on side; and Big glass of ice water with lemon slice!

Peanut butter (natural or low-fat) 2 tablespoon = 1 pro or 1/2 tablespoon = 1 fat
