so i ate bad foods last night. dint workout twice and dint manage to get up early to brisk walk this morning. but still!! my weight dint went up :D so happy :)

i've decided not to think about it anymore. it was so stressful that even i kill myself working out im not losing anything. but when i tried to relax myself and do whatever my body wants. the weight started coming down :)
