Diario de Helldenn, 22 sep. 18

so not happy with myself....i made carrot muffins thinking they were healthy and landed up been over 200 calories per one.....all ingredients was healthy....were did i go wrong....or is the cook book counter recipe wrong...please help here!!!!!!!
Look at my cook book recipe for the carrot muffins...not cool....gonna go on a two day water fasting soon......my calories i ate today is for two days as i am really trying to loose those last 5kg and it is not going well...
i was also suppose to do a 45 minute walk today plus exercise, time and me were not friends today.....
so tomorrow it is a 45 minute walk plus my challange exercise then spring clean house...

You don’t need to stop eating after one day of eating too many calories!! If your macros are all good and healthy you will be fine. Your body knows how to burn excess calories when it gets them. It’s called the negative feedback loop. Your body will burn fewer calories when it gets fewer calories and will burn more when you have more; just make sure you’re eating the RIGHT TYPES of calories! ❤️🙂 please don’t beat yourself up, the aim is to create a healthy and happy lifestyle, punishing yourself is going in the wrong direction Good luck xxxx

ag thanks Mia Lord.....i am just trying very hard, and then when i think that i have eaten healthy and then record it it was bad.....thanks again...

I definitely understand 😔 dieting is a mind game as much as it is anything else and you are your toughest critic. Try to be kind to yourself, nothing good ever comes from being negative to your body. I know that’s easy to say, but just know you’re doing well x

I can't find the recipe. Was there oil in? like coconut or olive oil? I have a flaxseed microwave bread recipe that's over 2000kj and that only because of the oil. But it's healthy so I don't stress.

The one lifestyle i would ever recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight with minimal to no exercise is Banting. I had gained weight from 65 to 90kgs because of my pregnancy. After birth i only lost 5kgs leaving me at 85kgs (im not breastfeeding which didn’t help). I started banting in June this year and im back to 68kgs. Pls do research and try it out.
