Although I'm not too bothered about weight at this stage, I'm probably gonna see a gain this week, as shark week is approaching, so my body is retaining water again like a mo-fo!

Crossfit class today:

2 Rounds - Partner WOD

100 Burpees

75 Slamballs - 7 kg

50 cal Row

Between me and my partner we were short only 50 burpees in the second round.

Ja nee kyk! When I saw the 100 burpees this morning I wanted to turn around and go back home! But, once you're into it, its a LOT of fun!

When they count the burpees in 10's or 10 20 30 etc you quikly get to 100 or even 150 without even noticing.

Yeah, I did 5, then my teammate did 5 & so on. One is working, other one rests & vice versa... But TBH, I HATE HATE HATE burpees.

Urgh today I have 40 burpees, amongst other things, as many rounds as possible. By they way, I also hate the burpeeeeee!
