It is not all that amazing.. Went through a time for 2 months where I wasn't eating great and not excercising and gained a little back. I am finally back down to 80. Now I just have to keep going I want to keep up the pace that I had this last month at least.. I need to not eat out and excercise.

I will not stop.. Might take breaks and maintain from time to time but not quiting.. Of course I gained like 20lbs last time I went off the wagon.. They changed our hours at work and I couldn't figure out a time to work out ans got depressed.. Finally had someone sort of give me a verbal smack in the back of the head just work out in the morning. I was like I will be so tired. But it wasn't so bad once I started just doing it. Just like hiking isn't as bad as I thought.
