I have a high quality elipticle at home (great investment) that I get on most mornings before work. I have a full gym at work that I stop in 2-3x/wk depending on travel schedule for weights. I am finding it surprisingly easy to get myself there after work to do weights vs aerobic exercise (don't need to shower to go home, etc.) My drive is 45 min-1 hr so I was never motivated to work out after I got home. I signed up for a yoga series at work that will be difficult to get to timewise but I only want to learn a few stretches--let's see if I can.
