Diario de Eveeriff, 10 mar. 08

ARG!!! I have been floudering like a fish out of water. My job has me traveling at all hours, so a "regular" exercise regiment is out of the question. I have been really good about eating, though. Watching the fried stuff, and too much cheese; mostly grilled chicken, salad and my new love sushi.

If you travel alot and stay in hotels, you might think of getting yourself a portable DVD player. You can bring an exercise DVD with you. The FIRM has one that use's an exercise band (so do many others). It's light and easy to carry with you. You can get 30 minutes of exercise in whenever you can. Also try to get some extra walking in when possible. Any little bit helps. Good luck!

I know a few of my friends that have to travel a lot w/business uses the bands because they're easy to use in their room and they take up no space in a bag. Even general toning exercise that you can do on the floor wouldn't be bad - just throw down a couple of extra towels so you have a clean place to lay on. Keep up the good eating you're doing fine...
