dropped in to say hi.havent forgotten fs or low carb allthough sometimes it feels i have.i miss the mornings i would get up early with my coffee in hand and ready journals.i will be back to that soon.
my daughter has finally found an place of her own to have her children back.i will miss them but i think i will get used to it.
my dh had a family reunion saturday.this has never happened.his second oldest brother has cancer and his oldest brother is 74 so his baby sis got it together.his parents had 7 kids,6 are living,1 could not make it.most of the cousins and their kids & their kids showed.good food good company NO FIGHTS.it was held at amvets (a bar for military family members only) but surprisingly this mostly Irish family didnt get out of control.it was good to see family we havent seen in many many years.
whn my grandkids move out i am back to strick eatting,exercise and quiet.i feel i must start at the begging and i know i have to face the scale again.
gonna grab a coffee and try to read some journals before baby wakes up.
