Thanks Nikki for always supporting me and good luck on your first day back. Do you teach? 

It was a busy day! I had PD and I start teaching on Tuesday. We had pita pit for lunch and I got terribly sick after I ate, like vomiting and all sorts of stuff. I got pretty overwhelmed real quick. This menopause deal is killing me 😭hot flashes, nausea. I better get back to exercising 

Happens to me too Nikki with menopause horrible 

Do you find exercising helps ? 

Honestly I find it really helps me to control the symptoms as they’ve not as bad at all when I do!  

Awesome! That must feel really great! My ex-husband was unintentionally thin 🙄 

Nikki I am turning 40 this month. I cant remember where I read your age but I thought we were similar in age. Is menaupause close for me? I thought I had a decade. 🤔Sorry about your day but I am glad you are back at work.  

I’m turning 44 next month but I started having hormonal issues since I was 38 right after I had my daughter. It turned out to be premature ovarian failure because of my thyroid problems and I am now post menopause. It’s not normal for our age but you will probably start experiencing some hormonal changes. Good luck cause is hell lol 😂
