I know just how you feel. I’m going up and down the same 2lb for weeks now and I want to get into the 11stones. I’m trying to fast for 22 hours, same as yesterday, but I’m starting to feel hungry! I need to keep busy to stop myself from eating in the next few hours. Only 3 to go now x
