Feeling great today! Was down yesterday because I weighed, and scale said I gained. But, I didn't stop. I still ate right and worked out, and drank a TON of water and today I am down again!!! So happy! Just tells me if I see an occasional gain, don't let it get me down because as long as I continue doing what I am doing it will come off.

Nice! I'm glad your doing well! Hey, check this out. http://www.webmd.com/diet/calc-bmi-plus#moreWTH The RDI here on fatsecret is a bit much too much for me i think. So I found the site above from the forums and try it out. 1662 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week. sheesh.

yeah, the RDI on here is crazy. it recommended i eat 22oo calories but i set my own because that seemed way too high. and it told ivan he should eat 2600.
