Diario de Ieksie, 23 ago. 18

So far my weight has stayed the same as last week's weigh-in. I don't expect any drop, because of sore muscles & also shark week next week. My body is in "water retaining" mode... I hate that! I have CF class again tomorrow morning.

At the end of Sept I will start doing measurements again, because if you exercise you cannot depend on the scale alone.

I know the feeling. I think I need to start with measuring again as this scale does not like me at all...

Do you find the CF helps with fitness and muscle build? I'm developing some awesome guns and it's only been about 8 weeks!

Some people take it very seriously lmga, I'm just glad my time gets written in a different colour from this week!
