Oh wow I forgot just how much DOMS makes you stiff! Weight trained for the first time in ages last night and just finished my first week calorie counting for a loss of 2.6lb! I was just trying to get back under control before I start seriously undoing the 9st loss I've had... 1.8lb to goal then maintaining time :) Slimming World is really restrictive compared to cals so its taken a bit of adjusting between the two in my head. Great to think I can have a piece of cake without thinking I've gone over my allowance lol!
