My Dr. W. appt went great! He could hardly believe I was down more than 35 lbs since he last saw me in May. A1C was 7.5 !! He was as thrilled as I was. all other numbers down too. Return Dec 18...wonder what that will be like...maybe drop two of the double pills for HBP and C. Today is S. 50th BDay, going to Bridge Tender at the beach for lunch. I know I won't blow it, planning a big salad (take my own ff/sf dressing) with maybe a splurge of some grilled shrimp on top! :) No cheesecake for me!
