noooo my scale broke! haha but maybe a good thing...I've noticed myself jumping on everyday again...I don't want to fall back into bad habits and obsesse over every pound.

I know what you mean. I try not to weigh in every day and I only do an "official" weigh in once a week, but it's tempting to see how good or bad your doing when that scale is right there. I've heard some people who put their scale in the garage or other places so they won't weigh every day. Maybe that's what I should do.

I'm the little kid with the incessant question "Are we there yet?" or waking up in the wee hours on Christmas eve to see whether Santa has arrived yet. I know my weight only changes after approximately five days, but I peek anyway. I would be lost without my scale. Obsessive/compulsive? Perhaps. You are a stronger person than I.
