Loved WW's This was the place where I lost most of my weight.. Great motivation..I went from 186 to 132lbs!! Great job getting your excercise in today!! My opinion,, I eat only like an apple or handful of nuts before excercising , then have something for breakfast when you're done.. Kind of hard to workout with a stomach full of food..Maybe it's different for others?
