I have been recording my food eaten here in my journal because it gives me the right amount of awareness without the temptation to edge into obsession.
Food Eaten Today Breakfast- hemp toast w/ margarine, herbal tea with soymilk Lunch- Quorn nuggets, kale with tomatoes Snacks- pepsi, some bites of a not very tasty peach Dinner- berry chocolate spinach smoothie snack- almond cheese
I have not missed a beat with my exercise either although I have not been logging it consistently. I am doing Couch to 5k program 3 days a week, walking the other days, and Jorge Cruise's eight minutes in the morning strength training exercises. Actually, I miss them most mornings, but I always catch up. I'm slow in the mornings so its usually easier for me to do 25mins on Wednesday and Saturday than 8mins 6days a week.

School starting tomorrow exciting projects in the works for school talking my friend Laurel today spending time with my husband my hubby going for a walk with me even though he already did his run for the day discovering exciting book authoring software not gaining weight even though its TOM actually getting a good night's rest last night even though its TOM my hubby's cute new glasses my hubby putting spinach in his food! feeling healthy waking up to my sweet little kitty
