I'm so happy today! I am ready to have a wonderful day, how about you? I hardly slept at all last night, but it didn't matter, I was up at 6:30 this morning, ready to go! I'm so excited about all sorts of things coming up this weekend, one of which is the bowling tournament that I've been working very hard for. I think I have a great chance of making the cut, if I don't over-think and over-analyze it to death! LOL
I've bowled at this house before, so I understand the lane conditions...AND I won my first Master's tournament at this same place! SO CHANCES ARE LOOKIN' GOOD PEOPLE!!

My son is going to Sadie Hawkins dance tonight with a SENIOR! (he's a sophomore) so he left for school this morning just as happy as I am! LOL Kids! It's soooo nice to be a kid! Remember those days?

OK...last night I worked out HARD, and then I got nauseous. I ignored it and kept on until I finished running the 3 miles, but that was a DUMB move! It must have taken 1/2 hour to get back to feeling OK again! I'm kind of glad that I don't have to work out today! The break will do me some good...

My plans today for diet:
breakfast- banana
lunch- turkey w/lettuce tomato and onion on a pita
dinner-I have no idea since i'll be out on a date...but I'll be good, I promise! :)
