I just wanted to say GREAT Job to everyone that is sticking to his or her diets and exercise. However, to the ones that are having a hard time doing either I really want to give you a pat on the back and say do not give up. We will get over the mountain. :) Yesterday I went to my treading class and I was so dead after all that I had done all I could do was some crunches. I went home cooked dinner and fell out watching American Idol. :(

Still, you put some time in for exercise which is always awesome. You could have just threw your hands up and said forget it all. But you didn't and you put forth the effort. That makes you a winner in my book any day! So keep it up. I'm praying for ya!
