Diario de wannabhealthier, 31 jul. 18

Dr visit was alittle disappointing but informative...Good Tuesday morning...went to dr yesterday...rained all the way on way to Effingham,IL....got into office..dr rides a road bike..I joked with him about not seeing him in Tour de France...he laughed saying he would still be finishing...he looked at report therapist had took my measurements on...as we talked he said I want them to slow down on some of your movement...before they start allowing you to use the bands...3 more weeks of them doing lighter therapy on me...so...another 3weeks added on....gave me hydrocodone....suppose to cut it in half...and take that with ibprophen for pain in therapy...I told him I was having inflammation below waist from not riding...he suggested black cherry extract...I went to cvs...naturally they don’t carry it..will have to look at walmart...next visit

Therapy today...and Wednesday...then Friday...

Getting central air and heat put in house today an tomorrow...after 35 years in moms house...it passed away as well...when mom was alive...unit had been talking to her...but she had deaf ears when it came to fixing anything...it was suppose to outlive her...which most everything did...only problem to that...I live in a money pit....what it feels like at times...but almost everything has been fixed or repaired..

Well need to eat breakfast shortly...gonna try and move handlebars closer on road bike so I can ride trainer as dr suggested...told me I could ride if I could keep arm closer to body..instead of stretching it out so much..will try an post pics..once I get it set up..before an after..if fs will allow it...

Just did a 25 min ride on recumbent...released then endorphins..breakfast is over..almost have handlebars on road bike closer...for ride after therapy hopefully....just have a more productive day...after I release my endorphins...
