Another over 5k step walk. up to 6678 before I officially leave my house for the day. Of course the walk was outside but you know what I mean before I shower get dressed and head out! :) Food will be better/more controlled today as well. I got my blood work back today. It's a LOT better than it was 6 weeks ago but my cholesterol is still high and my good to bad ratio is still not ideal. BUT that was really straight medicine I was only walking sporadically and not logging or watching my intake. SO When I reach one of my Milestones of 230lbs I will likely ask for a re-test to see how I am doing with healthier habits as well as the medicine.
I just checked out my history. My bar will go orange at 237 so that is the first push for hard goal.
Goals: 247 by June 1st. 237 July 1st 225 by August 1st/Pennsic 220 By Sept 1st 215 by Oct 1st 210 by Nov 1st 200 By New Year's Eve! 185 by March 15, 2011 (my Birthday) 175 by May 31, 2011 (high school weight will need to evaluate my goal of 150 at this time because I do not know what I will look and feel like.)
