I just went over my wieght history and its amazing how I go up and down so quickly. I really cant wait till I stop doing this to my body and my health. I am not happy at this wieght but I am glad that I am still walking it feels great and it makes me feel motivated. But, I need to note that even though I walk 3-4 times a week consistently for about an hour each time, I STILL GAINED 5 POUNDS IN ONE MONTH. So, that means I am eating WAY TOOO MUCH!!!!!!
