I went out with my sweetie tonight and we went to an all-you-can eat. But I did have pretty good self control. I did not drink the alcoholic drink I normally would have. I tried to eat mostly meat and no carbs. I love crab legs so I ate a lot of them and shrimp. I did have a little piece of carrot cake. But the good thing was that I ate a small piece and stopped there. So I count that as a victory. But I know I have to work extra hard with the trainer tomorrow. FEEL THE BURN LOL !!!!!

Sounds like you did very well.... I have made buffets and all you can eats off limits right now, because I lose my mind in 'em! Eventually I'll get there :) Pat yourself on the back, last night was a victory! Yay!

It sounds like a great victory for you! All of those choices you made were the beginning of self control and I think that's one of the hardest things to do at times. Keep up the good work!!
