Well, this week was a stressful one! I didn't eat often enough or the right things, sooooo... 'NUTHIN' I am happy that I at least did not gain and will make sure this week I do all the right things! I am happy that my 5lb lost has me down a pant size though!

68,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg. Aún para ir: 15,9 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.
