Good Saturday afternoon...woke up at 330am..sore from Friday’s therapy session..put ice on it

Not done much today

Did manage to do 8.7 miles on recumbent bike few minutes ago..25min Maui workout...

One of them days..lack of motivation...even took an hour nap after lunch..

Woke up. Feeling refreshed..

Tour de France 🇫🇷 was on earlier...stage 1not sure who won that..

Gonna get back up..
