had some falls this week after being really dedicated - I'm trying to keep up the postive determined elf talk nd move my body more and more each week - running cycling walking with more of a deliberate - I'm movin to loose- attitutde - You've done amazingly well- you've lost so much - just look at your chart! steady and perfect - when you have a bit of a bad meal (not a whole day - and not the worst meal) just sweat it out that night or next morining and you should be good to clear the slate! chin up!
