Hey, how is everyone? I did good on my diet today, drank lots of water, kept calories lower than normal. I'm definitly regretting all the junk I ate this weekend, it wasn't worth it at all. Still feeling a little sick, my throat hurts and when I do strenuous exercise I get out of breath more quickly and start coughing up a lung. I did strength training and some aerobic dance today. I wish I would have done more but oh well. I am going to give myself another day or two to get back to normal(hopefully) before I torture myself with a bad weigh in after my two bad eating days this weekend. I feel less bloated than I did this morning, so hopefully things are not too bad. My next weigh in is Wednesday. I'm not expecting a drop, I'm just hoping for no gain! Brandon said he wants to take me clothes shopping this weekend, so I hope I can lose a pound or two by then!! Yikes!
