Diario de Lotus, 17 feb. 08

Well Darn it! I went over calories again today! We went out to eat and I had potato soup and salad with fat free dressing, but after running around and getting groceries I was starving and ate way too much and didn't keep track of portions. I am NOT weighing tommorrow!! I am definitely getting back on track tommorrow. So much for my calcualated risk theory...I hope the damage isn't too bad.

Well, it's great that you are able to watch your calories like that. You are not likely to get too far off course, and if you have any problems, you can deal with them quickly. You seem to be breaking into new lows very frequently now. Great job Lotus!

Being disciplined enough to know that you went over is key.... and "you know"... that is saying enough, all in it's own. GREAT JOB in KNOWING!! Keep on keeping on!
