Today was my second day going on a ride with my bicycle, I do enjoy this more than a treadmill I’m not going to lie, I did 5.44 miles in 43 minutes. A bit more than yesterday. I’m not sure if that’s good. But after not exercising for almost a year and putting all the weight back, I’m happy I finished. Today was a bit harder than yesterday but I’m happy I’m doing something! 🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️
