I don’t think I can handle a whole day fast but 20 hours is doable if you stay busy. I’ve done it many times before; stuck at work and couldn’t eat till I got home. On Keto it’s easier. I don’t really get that hangry feeling. I might do it a couple of days a week. Not sure though we’ll see what kind of progress I see from it. I’m having a lot of cravings today. Nothing specific but I just want to munch. I’m super stressed and have a lot of anxiety so that’s probably why. But I don’t know

Abef you got to find a way to retrain your mind. I know my problems with binge eating stem from anxiety and depression or hormonal fluctuations. Riding my system of sugar has helped soo much. Knowing: if I cheat I will ruin my Ketosis, is the only thing keeping me from giving up

I taught myself to think of starchy foods as poison (to me) as I am now T2d. There are a few sugar free treats I allow myself to have in moderation, 'cause I worry too much will lead me back into carb addiction.

There's so many posts about Keto. I'm just counting calories using this app. Is this a Keto group? If so, I may look for another app to track calories and exercise.

Keto is rather new and there is lots of discussion about how to do it correctly. Also, it's showing great promise in reversing Type 2 Diabetes, generating more discussion . . .

GGrocks the app is for everyone! I just switched to Keto last month. I noticed a lot of people on Keto here too. It’s what inspired me to give it a shot. Keto memebers seem to be very active posters, probably make up 40%. If you go on your computer you can join specific groups too.
