B: Coffee (6), 2 eggs, banana (28) - 34 carbs
L: SBD Chicken Alfredo frozen meal - 20 carbs
S: Yoplait Light yogurt (19), cucumbers (3) - 22 carbs
D: 1 piece of pizza (23), 1 piece of bread 1/4 of what they consider a serving (12), Chef Salad (5) - (40 carbs)
S: 1 dove miniature icecream - 6 carbs
E: 20 mins of strength training / stretching
