So, a little background. I have been eating keto 3 weeks, as I mentioned. It was rough the first couple weeks(I really didn't know what I was doing). I ate bacon and eggs for breakfast, plain chicken and broccoli for dinner. It went k, lost a lot of weight. Now however I have discovered fat bombs. I added a recipe I used with great success to the website. If anyone is struggling, I recommend trying them.
I hope to be a healthy weight in time for my October birthday, but we will see...
