Hi, everyone! How are you? I am wondering which of my old buddies are still here or back working on new goals. After I achieved my original fatsecret goal of 140 lbs, I kept losing and got down to 120 without necessarily meaning to. I guess I got in diet mode and kept going. I got a lot of (insulting) comments from people who feared I was anorexic (which I was not and have never been) and after this went on for a very long time I figured I must look awful so I gained weight on purpose. recently, I gained five more pounds without meaning to. I've posted that my goal is to lose that five pounds, but actually, my goal is to have a firmer physique and more importantly, to have more energy and sleep better and just be healthier. I am currently doing the Couch to 5k program, which I highly recommend. I am one day one of week 3. On other days my husband and I alternate with walks. I'd like to add a little strength training- not much- maybe the 8 minutes in the morning program, which I used to do and enjoyed. How's your weight loss journey going?
