Diario de llcoolsey, 14 feb. 08

So, I'm not losing weight yet, but that's ok. I am learning how to keep the calories under 1200 without feeling deprived. i want to do this slowly and gradually so I can really change my eating habits for good. I never want to have to lose this weight again! The fact that i didn't gain weight over the holidays was HUGE progress for me. The weight will come off as i learn this new and very challenging skill.
