I am going home tomorrow!!!! I will have a healthy breakfast to hold me over the 5 hour ride from NYC to DC.
It's tough to follow Atkins but i am back to holding my caloric intake.
Atkins forces me to wear a lab coat and that is a bit too serious for me since the shakes and the bars are outside of my affordability factor.
Next week is another marathon travel to Northern NJ.
