Ate breakfast today. Eggs and salsa. Helps me stave off hunger in the later morning. Transitioning from drinking coffee with flavored creamer. Black coffee this morning and Latte later. No creamer. Hiked Pisgah. Felt out of shape but it was worth the struggle to get to the top and eat a delicious penne pasta dinner guilt free. Lovely way to end a day. Need to try and break the habit of eating while watching TV. The correlation is very strong.
