Why must this be so hard? Why does food matter that much? I just don't get how/why one can keep sabotaging oneself! I know my biggest problem is carbs, I know what to do, it's just so hard to do it, or I tell myself I can have this one treat even though it means going over, and I'll do better tomorrow. AHHHHHH! Here's to doing better tomorrow for the last time (one can hope right :)

You can do it! I know exactly how you feel...'just a little taste'...or 'one isn't SO bad'...for me it can't be just one...I've actually unwrapped the candy bar and threw it in the trash so I wouldn't eat it..HA! Stay strong and keep a positive attitude...YOU ARE DOING IT and it'll pay off for ya! Hugs to ya!

Heh Ladi!!! Pic is LOOKIN' good! If it weren't difficult we would all be one of those skinny b.....! But some of us were just meant to be voluptuous. Now we have to take control!! My husband says I love that word!!! lol I admit I do! I have never controlled my weight --- it controlled me! Ususally (if it is not physical) it is emotional! Something we may be holding DEEP inside. I don't mean for 5-10#'s (even though they may have issues too) You are beautiful inside & out. We just need to take better care of ourself for our health! Look girl--- that awesome baby you have in your pic! Baby needs you & you need you! We are here for you! Whatever, however fast or slow even with bad days or weeks! Remember the ATTITUDE!! What is it YOU want?? Much HUGS!!!!

I know what you mean by knowing what to do and not being able to do it. I've felt that way sooooo many times. You just have to keep trying. Pick yourself up and try again. When you want those carbs, reach for a cup of tea, or do your stretches, anything to get your mind off it. Do it for the BLUE BUGATTIS!!!!!

I, like Sibby, have been known to open up a candy bar and throw it away. Sometimes I smell it first, LOL. I had a lot of times where I knew what to do but getting myself to do it was the hard part. We are here to help. Any way we can. If you know carbs are your problem, you might want to cut them out more until you have control. Try the South Beach Diet. It is similar and compatible with Weight Watchers, just you'll have more control of cravings for carbs. Good luck!

I totally understand! I know my weigh in is tomorrow, so I feel like I sabotaged myself by eating way more than I normally do. I don't like to feel hungry, however I KNOW I didn't need that much food! But tomorrow is a new day...we can do it!

I hope it helps to know that you are not alone in your struggle. We have all felt the same way many times throughout our battle with our eating habits. It's only been just two weeks since you switched from South Beach to Weight Watchers. Don't give up. Winning this war is all about strategy and plan of attack. You know carbs are your weakness. Do you have lots of sweet snacks and goodies around your house? If so, is it possible for you to get rid of them or at least put them in the garage or something so they aren't within easy reach? Taking control of your environment is important when you are trying to "kick the habit". Try to eat a small snack in between your meals to keep your blood sugar steady. Incorporate protein into breakfast and snacks when possible. You can have a ham pita sandwich with mustard and veggies as a snack for just 2 points if you look for the lower point pitas and lean ham. Turkey pepperonis are just 1 point each. Eggs are great for breakfast. Take action. Don't be a victim of circumstances. Create the circumstances for yourself! You can do this!
