Diario de livelifefully, 12 feb. 08

I am sick this week with a bad cold and feel pretty crummy. It's going around big time. So I didn't get to the gym yesterday and will prob. not be able to tomorrow either. Oh well, this is life and this kind of thing happens. I am up a pound, but won't do an official weigh in until tomorrow, 1 week from last weigh in. I hope it goes down tomorrow and I will need to just watch what I eat. Feeling healthy and able to work out is a blessing- I am looking forward to getting back there again soon!

My trainer told me that if you workout while you are sick, you'll actually stay sick longer. So, take care of yourself, get plenty of rest, and you'll do great!
