Mini goal- record food/exercise. 4 more lbs to hit my goal of 30 lbs down by aug :) was able to run 1 mile without stopping tonight pace was 14 mins...

Good for you!! I'm a terrible runner. I couldn't make it a mile without stopping. You're so close to that goal, you can do it!!

Thanks! I tried running earlier this year and I thought I was going to die after just a few mins, but this time around has been a lot easier...maybe because I lost some weight before trying again? not sure
