Excited to get into the routine-groove to 'shed fat' :D Didn't do bad yesterday but ate "out of the norm"...stopped at Quik Trip to gas up and shared a chicken wrap(300 cals when I try to keep it a 100 cal brekkie)Mickey D's for lunch(promised the kiddo a "happy meal" after doc appt.)Grilled chick sandwich and a kiddie choc milk for me.And leftover lasanga for din-din, sooo yummo--I did have a bigger portion than I normally would! Then had a yogurt to top it off!
Munchies can also be attributed to a visit from TOM >:P Kept "eyeballing" a TWIX candy bar and DID restrain--which was a FEAT-LET ME TELL YOU!

Glad to be home after kiddo's yearly out-of-town doc appt.She had rods put in her back-and spinal fusion surgery 3 yrs ago.Those appts. just "pooped me out".But one thing I DID notice! Last year I was huffing and puffing away walking to all the clinics and this year there was NO huffing and puffing--40 Lbs less makes a DIFFERENCE :D

40 pounds definitely makes a difference. I keep a stash of Twix mini's in a cookie jar, so if I feel like something sweet I have one (had one today), they are only 50 cal, which is a lot better than the full size Twix. Thanks for stopping by my journal today and have a wonderful day!

I do some exercises with two twenty pound dumbbells and believe me they are heavy. On some days I move down to the fifteen pounders and even less. Well... it sounds like they are poisoning you to death (lol), but as long as the chart keeps doing it's thing I wholeheartedly approve. We'll take care of the quality later. Have a good evening my friend. P.S. You see, I'm not spread too thin. ;-)

Your journal entries always makes me smile. :) That's great to hear about no huffing and puffing! You're making your life a "NO HUFF AND PUFF" zone when doing normal tasks. Way to go!
