Listened to IOWL - episode 17, the second part to the "relaxed intention". (at renee.personallifemedia.com) (or at iTunes Inside Out Weight Loss) I love the guided journey on this podcast - it all makes so much sense to me now. The pressure I put on myself to lose weight is the very thing ("psychic stress") that makes me want to overeat. Food is my way of relaxing and de-stressing. So, if I don't pressure myself and just objectively plan my food without a big charge about it, I can relax and just do what I need to do! ..............big breath.........

I decided to weight train today for the first time in a month and it felt good. I'm not going to put so much energy into doing cardio - just focus on the weight training for now - that feels good to me.
Yay!
